Sample Simple Debt Contract

This Debt Contract (the “Contract”) is made on [Date] between [Submissive’s Name] and Goddess Marple.

1. Debt Amount
   [Submissive’s Name] agrees to be indebted to Goddess Marple for $1,000.
2. Interest Rate
   The Debt Amount shall accrue interest at the rate of 10% per week.
3. Term
   The term of this loan shall be 1 year.
4. Repayment
   [Submissive’s Name] shall repay the Debt Amount plus accrued interest in consecutive installments of at least $100 weekly, starting on April 28, 2024.
5. Method of Payment
   Repayment shall be made via PayPal.
6. Prepayment
   [Submissive’s Name] reserves the right to prepay the Debt Amount, in whole or in part, at any time without penalty.
7. Entire Agreement
   This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
8. Amendments
   Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
