Are you an adult interested in wearing adult diapers but don’t have anyone to put the diaper on you? Here’s my comprehensive guide for how you can wear an adult diaper on your own, whether you’re standing up or lying down.

I’ve personally tried pull-ups, supermarket diapers, and ABDL diapers. Hands down, ABDL diapers are the best for holding a lot of pee. They provide longer-lasting comfort and security, making them perfect for extended play or for those who need extra protection. Plus, ABDL diapers look great and come in a wide variety of cute designs.

First things first, gather your supplies. You’ll need:

- Adult diapers

- Barrier cream

- Baby powder

- Booster pads (optional) for extra absorbency

- A diaper cover (optional) to prevent leakage

Having everything handy ensures a smooth process without interruptions.

Create a comfortable, safe space where you can take your time. Lay out your supplies within easy reach. This setup allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience and take your time with each step.

Putting It On: Standing Up

For Pull-Ups:

1. Apply Barrier Cream and Powder: Start by applying a layer of barrier cream to protect your skin, followed by a sprinkle of baby powder to keep you dry and comfortable.

2. Step Into the Pull-Up: Hold the pull-up open and step into it, pulling it up like underwear. Ensure it fits snugly around your waist and legs.

For Tab-Style Adult Diapers:

1. Apply Barrier Cream and Powder: Apply a layer of barrier cream to protect your skin, followed by baby powder.

2. Prepare the Diaper: Unfold the diaper and ensure the tabs are open and ready to be used. If you’re using booster pads, place them in the center of the diaper.

3. Position the Diaper:

- Back Placement: Hold the diaper behind you with the back of the diaper positioned at your lower back, just above your buttocks.

- Front Placement: Pull the front of the diaper up through your legs, ensuring that the front part is centered and fits well against your groin area.

4. Secure the Bottom Tabs: Fasten the bottom tabs first. Pull each bottom tab snugly around your thighs and secure them to the front panel of the diaper. This ensures a secure fit around the legs, helping to prevent leaks.

5. Secure the Top Tabs: Next, fasten the top tabs. Pull each top tab snugly around your waist and secure them to the front panel of the diaper. Adjust the tabs to ensure the diaper is snug but comfortable.

6. Adjust for Comfort: Once the tabs are secured, adjust the diaper to ensure a proper fit. Ensure the diaper is snug but not too tight, and that it sits comfortably around your waist and legs.

Putting It On: Lying Down

For Pull-Ups:

1. Apply Barrier Cream and Powder: Lie down comfortably and apply barrier cream followed by baby powder.

2. Step Into the Pull-Up: While lying down, carefully step into the pull-up and pull it up over your hips.

For Tab-Style Adult Diapers:

1. Apply Barrier Cream and Powder: Lie down on a soft surface and apply a layer of barrier cream and baby powder.

2. Prepare the Diaper: Unfold the diaper and ensure the tabs are open and ready to be used. Place any booster pads in the center of the diaper.

3. Position the Diaper:

- Back Placement: While lying down, lift your hips slightly and slide the back of the diaper under your bottom so that it rests at your lower back.

- Front Placement: Pull the front of the diaper up through your legs, ensuring it is centered and fits well against your groin area.

4. Secure the Bottom Tabs: Fasten the bottom tabs first. Pull each bottom tab snugly around your thighs and secure them to the front panel of the diaper.

5. Secure the Top Tabs: Next, fasten the top tabs. Pull each top tab snugly around your waist and secure them to the front panel of the diaper.

6. Adjust for Comfort: Once the tabs are secured, adjust the diaper to ensure a proper fit. Ensure the diaper is snug but not too tight, and that it sits comfortably around your waist and legs.

For extra absorbency, consider adding booster pads inside your diaper. These provide additional layers to soak up pee, allowing for longer wear. Finally, put on a diaper cover to further prevent leakage and add an extra layer of security.

Be gentle when you remove your diaper. Dispose of it properly to ensure environmental responsibility.

Wearing adult diapers on your own can be fun and liberating. It can enhance comfort, provide practical solutions, and bring joy to your lifestyle. Embrace it with confidence and remember, it’s all about what feels right for you.
