AB/DL | Rules, Rewards, and Punishments
RULES
1. Always address me as Mommy/Mummy/Mama/Mom.
2. Don’t do anything sexual without my permission.
3. Wear your designated baby boy/girl mode outfit.
4. Use your diapers for all bathroom needs.
5. Change your diapers within 20 minutes of it being full.
6. Complete all assigned tasks and chores promptly.
7. Report any misbehavior immediately and apologize for your disobedience.
8. Follow the daily routine I prepared for you.
9. Always suck on a pacifier when not speaking or eating.
10. Sleep for at least 8 hours every night.
REWARDS
Extra Playtime
- You get more time to play with your favorite toys or enjoy fun activities.
Special Treats
- Mommy will allow you to have sweets, snacks, or special drinks as a treat.
Praise and Affirmation
- Mommy will give you lots of praise and tell you how good you are.
Privileges
- You can choose the day’s activities, have extra screen time, or listen to your favorite music.
Relaxation Time
- Extra time to relax in a bubble bath or cozy corner.
PUNISHMENTS
Extended Diaper Time
- You’ll have to stay in your diapers longer without a change, even if they’re uncomfortable, to help you understand the importance of following the rules.
Corner Time
- You’ll stand or kneel in the corner for a set period to reflect on your behavior.
Spanking or Paddling
- Mommy will give you gentle spanks or use a paddle within safe limits to remind you of your place.
Loss of Privileges
- You’ll lose your favorite toys, playtime, or other privileges for a short time to help you understand the consequences of your actions.
Extra Chores
- Mommy will give you more chores or tasks to do, helping you learn responsibility.
Gagging
- You’ll wear a pacifier gag or other gag for a set period to help you learn when to be quiet.
Writing Lines
- You’ll write lines or an essay on the importance of being good and obedient.
Sensory Deprivation
- Mommy might use blindfolds, earmuffs, or other methods to help you focus on your behavior.
Restrictive Clothing
- You’ll wear more layers of diapers or tight clothing to remind you of the importance of following the rules.
Public Humiliation
- Mommy might display your misbehavior publicly within our scene to help you learn humility.
Diaper Checks
- Mommy will do frequent and unexpected diaper checks to ensure you’re being good.
Chastity Devices
- You’ll wear a chastity device to help you focus on your behavior and obedience.
Time-Outs
- You’ll spend time alone to think about your behavior and how to improve.
Denial of Special Treats
- Mommy won’t give you special treats until your behavior improves.
